Introducing the product familiy EP-ACDS, Dr. Eckhardt + Partner GmbH offers a key telephone system (PBX) for efficient operations of your telephone switchboard, your (customer) hotline, your service or customer care center.
The integrated call center solution automatically distributes calls to the different agents. The module „Settlement“ provides for means of comfortable settlement of accounts of the agents which will especially take place on month ends.
Staff members may use analogue or digital (ISDN) or voice over IP (VoIP) end user devices to perform their day-to-day phone business. Access to the system may be restricted to your premises but may also be granted for external use, e.g. in the case of a so called „home office“ by phone (including PIN procedures) or via the web.
Therefore, various applications and application areas are possible.
The management of incoming calls (inbound) and the flexible allocation of calls to staff members using the integrated ACD call center solution are among the strengths of the key telephone system (PBX). The optional, simultaneous integration of external resources improves the high efficiency of the solution. If, e.g., a high portion of the agents are working from their respective homes, the system will simplify the allocation of the incoming calls and also the later accounting of work hours performed and of chargeable time slots.
The accounting of the work hours including a flexible integration of variable compensation components is performed by a simple click on a button.
